To accommodate the custom nature of our products, order changes are possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at contacts@jpiecabinets.com, and remember to provide your order number.

Order Cancellation:

For custom products, order modifications are only allowed within 24 hours of placing your order. To request changes, please email contacts@jpiecabinets.com and include your order number.

Returns on Orders:

 As our custom-made products are tailored specifically for your kitchen, we do not accept returns. However, we stand by our commitment to quality and will address any manufacturing-related imperfections by fixing or replacing the product.

Damage to Product:

We dedicate significant time to crafting your cabinet doors and panels, ensuring their safe arrival is of utmost importance to us. While we strive for damage-free delivery, unforeseen incidents can occur. Therefore, we kindly ask you to inspect your order within 24 hours of receipt and document any damage with photographs. If any damage is observed during the delivery process, please ensure the driver acknowledges it on your delivery slip. To initiate a damage claim, email photos of the damage, along with your shipping documents, to contacts@jpiecabinets.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that claims reported after 24 hours of delivery are considered void.
